The Huntsville Hospital Foundation Emergency Assistance Fund was launched in late March to help meet unanticipated critical supply needs for the regional hospital system during this uncertain time. The fund supports receiving PPE such as masks, goggle, and hazmat suits. The donations will also support qualifying employees impacted by the virus through a benevolence fund.
Why Jacob Chose the HHF Emergency Assistance Fund
Jacob says, "I chose the Huntsville Hospital Foundation's Emergency Assistance Fund because, in these difficult and uncertain times, we need to support our community by supporting our health care system and its workers who put everything on the line every day."
He continues, "This fund has helped provide equipment and financial assistance for those on the front lines. It is now funding drive-up care programs that will be critical in providing necessary care to those in need in the safest way possible. Now, more than ever, we need to come together as a community and support each other."
